Cayden has been great from start to finish! My wife and I bought our first rental property in March 2023 after looking at several places. He was patient with us and walked us through everything. We wanted to do most of the rehab work ourselves, but when we did need someone like an electrician or plumber he has a team of people he calls upon to get the work done. He had our hot water heaters (2) replaced while we were in Mexico and then had our bottom unit rented out before we got back. He is great at answering his phone and calling you back if needed.
